try zamzar

the best thing to do is put on youtube as that . mov file

and then go on zamzar and copy the youtube url of that video in zamzar
and then you can convert it to flv! :D

it will send the flv file to you email address

or if you upload it to youtube first, use keepvid.com and download it as a .flv
